We handle all forms of property documentation exchanged or referred to in all branches of real estate: from sales and lettings particulars and contractual documents to valuations and correspondence; from presentations to press releases; and from FM, technical and investment reports to company prospectuses.

INSTRUCTIONS AND DOCUMENTATION

We can receive instructions and documentation for translation by email (in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher or PDF format), in hard copy format or through file-sharing. Translations are provided to our clients in accordance with their requirements.

Please note that our translations of real estate-related legal documents such as SPAs and lease contracts are provided for information purposes only.

HIGHEST QUALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All translated texts are proof-read to ensure that only the highest quality and most accurately translated text is provided to the client.
We assure complete discretion, thereby respecting the confidentiality rights of our clients in all matters. Confidentiality and issues concerning liability are included in our General Terms & Conditions. We are also prepared to sign Confidentiality Agreements in individual cases, where required.
